Firstly you should you know why nausea and vomiting occurs while traveling in a car /bus / train etc. 

Motion sickness occurs when your brain can't make sense of information sent from your eyes, ears and body. Lots of motion — in a car, airplane, boat, or even an amusement park ride — can make you feel queasy, clammy or sick to your stomach. Some people vomit. Being carsick, seasick or airsick is motion sickness.

▶️Actually this happens when your lower abdomen is pushed upwards while traveling, this causes the reflex of stomach contents into esophagus,  while continue traveling one stage will come when u feel watery mouth and there is feeling of vomiting.  You will have a headache also, which leads to sensory and motor impairment.

These steps can prevent it or relieve the symptoms:
  1. Take motion sickness medicine one to two hours before traveling.
  2. Choose the right seat. ...
  3. Get plenty of air. ...
  4. Avoid things you can't change. ...
  5. Don't read while riding in a car, plane, or boat. ...
  6. Lie down when you feel sick.
  7. Avoid a heavy meal before or during travel.
  8. Make yourself calm and easy.
  9. Start taking deep breaths.

Follow this trick mentioned below ⬇️                                                                                                                                                                             If nausea and vomiting dont subsides you can do this magical work .     Sit back with relaxed posture , if you are having a tight bun loose it..close your eyes and try to control your thougts of vomiting as if it is not happening, this will make ur brain calm and send inhibitory signals towards vomiting centre.  Try to maintain your posture staight and start taking deep breaths and try to move your mouth as if you are chewing something (in case if you don't have anything to chew like chewing gum or a candy at that time).    This chewing will cause peristalsis in your esophagus and try to push the stomach contents back into stomach and the vomiting stops.
